Description de la mission
Assist actively the end users to solve technical problems in different applications,
Ensure communication to Operational users regarding items resolution and ongoing statuses
Ensure internal global communication between IT, Management and Operations teams during and after resolution of issues
Carry out the necessary actions to resolve incidents and play the interface role between the SPOC and different levels of support
Ensure the availability of the production environment by performing regular control
